So I'm tired of progressing so slowly on flexibility, I'm going to adopt a more hardcore training routine.
Each day :
-10 minutes dynamic flexibility + 10 minutes static stretching on the legs.
-Upon waking up and before sleeping.
I just want to make sure :
-Is there any risk of it being bad for my actual progress ?
-Or damaging my joints ?

Be sure not to do any ballistic stretching due to over-enthusiasm :pineapple:

I said "more hardcore" because my flexibility training wasn't hardcore at all. And I don't have the time to stretch for hours :/

The way you're doing it, no there's no risk of it hurting your progress, it can only help unless you injure yourself somehow. And unless you are doing ballistics (already mentioned) or stretching to the point that it hurts and you start tearing stuff, then no you shouldn't damage your joints. It's actually recommended by some to stretch morning and evening.

Have you read Juji's flexibility guide? It basically has everything you need.
But yeah, this routine looks ok. You might need a bit more time for static stretches though. Also, if you're going to train during the day, put the second session of dynamic stretches into your warm-up and the static stretches in the cool-down (but maybe you already knew that).

Yeah, do some more static stretching. I usually stretch for half an hour or so, when I do the static thing. Dynamic doesen't take more than 10 mins., if you don't do like 25 sets or something.

Lately I've been doing isometrics every 3 days, and doing dynamic stretches before I trick, and static stretches after I trick, been having some good progress.

instead of just stretching in the morning and before you sleep, you should stretch somewhere in the middle of the day.
like when you're taking a break or whatever.
