Could anyone tell me how to stretch the brachioradialis?
I have been practicing reverse curl, but I never stretch my brachioradialis, even I feel sore after training.

Arms and wrists [6]
BRACHIORADIALIS STRETCHES! WHOOOOOOOOOOO! Kneel on all fours and place the tops of your hands against the floor, fingers pointing toward your knees. Lean against your bent wrists.

THANKS A LOT. :-)
np, but be careful, it's easy to overstretch the wrists.

Yeah there's tons of stretches for this. It's pretty easy to make them up too - just stretch your wrist in every direction (with rotation as well). Make sure you keep it light, and don't bother gaining too much range since over-flexibility can be a problem with wrists.

It can both supinate and pronate the arm depending on its current position, f'in cool.

Hear, hear.
And DO be careful, 'specially in cold weather. >.<
