You want to get more vertical call, and bring your feet together at the middle.


When you're like here " | " then push off from your shoulders and punch the ground XD

when you are at the handstand point of the round off. you arms should never come back down towards your hips. therefore, when you are bouncing into the tuck your arms should be pointing straight up. so never drop your arms.

also continuously work on throwing your legs down to the ground as fast as possible for more rebound. and keep your legs straight! and Together!

And your start off should be forward, but going at the round off from a side, has to me chest facing forward for at-most power XD

umdont absorb the round off, i think it should be like a pop off the ground, ( i dont round off to anything, so dont take my word for it, i just base my opinion off what i see from a lot of proper round offs)
