Just a stupid lil question but after you round off and go for the backtuck do you throw your arms up hard? because i been watching alot of good round off backtuck and they hardly use there arms..

You don't really need to throw them back much.

When you start, just throw them up like, absolute up. You don't want to pull them back though cause that will stretch you backwards etc (which is good for certain moves, just not roundoff backs). Just lift them up like booom etc etc haha, I'd say to a little above head level should be fine enough. You don't need a huge arm motion to make it work bro. :juji:
