thanks for sharing this bruv:smile:
their are tons of bboys who do them crazy like alot of gambler do...bboy darkness and junior battled and did them
theirs a local bboy in boston who bboy richochet who does them..as well as i do too. havent drilled it in a while...i honestly dont think its that hard as long as u consistantly practice..its a weird move..cuz i feel like i lose it easily if i dont constantly practice it. i used to do them to baby freeze and back.
wow he's got sum good drills i should try. the straddle planche is wut i normally do.

this tutorial got me started on doing my pushups with my hands RIGHT on my hips. now, instinctively, I do pushups with my hands RIGHT below my hips.
STill can't do Planche pushups. XD That's called NOT practicing. Hooahh.

Definately an excellent tutorial, but this shit kills my wrists! Any ideas?

Acute angles of the wrist lead to death. Turn your fingertips back or outward, also helps lock the elbows if you hope to hold it. Wide arm planches can also help or hinder, depending on where the pain is.
Yes I agree with the above post.
I face my fingers to the side because I do not have the wrist flexibility to face them forward.
Facing fingers back is difficult though

Do them on fingertips.

Well, if you read the Dragondoor article, the guy says that it's his favorite method  Plus, it looks awesome. There's an ex-gymnast dude in my capoeira group who can do them on fingertips :dead:

*bites legs off*
Haha we'll get to that with some strength gain. Although i'll be happy if i get to hold it without any effort. Even then, holding the planche and doing push ups in the planche position isnt really the same thing haha. But its fun
