needs help aswell, can't get kick in front and tucked leg.

You're drilling off axis, so you want to keep you chest straight up and bring you're arms up to to balance out is you rotate with your arms out first it'll throw you odd balance, so chest up and body and not bent and you'll be fine.


With the wrapping or spinning torque thingy haha.

I usually do a elbow punch kinda thing, so if I spin left I elbow with my left arm and hook punch with my right, oppisite if spinning to the left.

You are under-rotating slightly. Wait a little longer to kick, spot your target, etc.

Keep drilling it :)
