How long, how much, and what kind of methods?

I've started one habit: at school, during my 3 hour breaks (*evil laugh*), I'll read some stuff (in particular Sesshoumaru's stuff or my homework) and I'll be in a split position. I'll hold it for around 15-20 minutes.

Now I don't do the 'slide down into' it thing. I sit down and spread my legs and just push my pelvis forward.

What do ya'll think?

I'm not having a go at you, but I really couldn't be arsed to type a bunch of stuff that Juji has written out in all the detail you need already. If you're still lost after you've read it, I'll be happy to clarify stuff as much as I can.

Man u need my hamstrings for splits (front ways) thats it, thats all.
