Lol I disagree, I think you need to make it even more mullet-ish than it is, joe dirt style.

Anyways, I would love to be able to do that in the handstand position, I usually do 5-10 presses in headstand position at a time but I still cant hold a handstand for the life of me.

Cool I'm trying to learn presses. I can do the tucked but have to jump into it a bit. How long did it take you to learn these presses?

Nice tutorial I liked it and it helped me out.

I'm really happy that this vid helps people! That's what I tried to do:smile:. Thanks for the positive comments, guys! Maybe I'll make some more tuts but I'd like to perform my moves better before trying to teach others :wicked:.

How long did it take you to learn these presses?Well, I was not really work on presses. I trained handstands mainly. A good tip is to try to use a wall. I mean - some people just have a fear to fall when they shift shoulders forward. Wall helps a lot in this - I did my first press like that (although it was ugly:wink:).

And about the time - it took about 3-4 months to obtain a straight handstand somehow and I still practice handstands a lot every day!

It's a cultural difference. Mullets are really popular in Russia. Hosts on MTV have mullets there.

I like the tutorial, to be able to do that seems a lot more safe than to kick up into handstands, with pure control and stuff.

Well, that's kinda strange opinion :). Actually, I don't count the handstand as a dangerous move. And by the way, almost impossible to do the press without a reasonable handstand.
