I NEVER PUNCH!
It's hard for you knees and does not help your height very mutch unless you are doing roundoff backflips.

It's All about the momentum! You can accelerate alot and redirekting you momentum by seperating the contact of each foot. Thats how i get the hight.

On polyfloor you can punch... But how cool is that!?! you need your tricks on grass rights;P
I even use this techique in d-legs. One leg before the other. It gives a special kind og change in momentom!

Aha i see where i can improve. I seem to pause in between the cart and the front and just end up trying to do a standing arabian.
