These are the basic techniques that I already know. I made a little manual of them ^_^
Basic Roll: First, you are going to step with the leg if you are going to roll on your right side. You then put your right arm in front of you to protect your head. Your head should be close to one of your arm pits. Then flip your right shoulder across your back to your left butt cheek. After that you should have flipped over, and landed in a somewhat crouched position. Arch your back!
Dive Roll: Start to Jump from or over where you are doing it. When you take off, you want to make sure you’re parallel to the ground. Once you start falling, put your hands out so when you fall you won’t hit your head. From this point it’s like the basic roll. Go from your right shoulder to your left butt check and land
Lazy Rail: Approaching a stable rail at an angle and place one hand on the rail to stabilize yourself and then swing your legs over. Replace your stabilizing hand you’re your other hand and push away from the rail. When you start learning lazy rail, you want to get in the habit of landing on the balls of your feet and bending your knees to nullify the impact resistance. Slowly move up with height only when completely confident. Any height up to 6 feet will want to be landed with a roll. Be careful!
Front Hand Spring: Get a running start, a small jog, then arch your back downward and Put your hands flat on the ground and push off with them using the muscles you’ve developed from training as a Grappling Acrobat. It’s very important to push off or else you’ll land on your back. Bring your feet around and land as best you can, you want to make your feet springy in the land; this will come over time.
Cartwheel: With one of your feet in front of the other, you want to kick off the floor with your back foot and arch towards the ground. Place your hands flat on the ground and with your back foot in the air, push off with your other foot and twist your body. With both feet in the air, you’ll look like you’re doing a hand stand. You then want to land with your back facing in the direction that your face was.
Back Hand Spring: Squat down, but keep your torso up and bring your arms back steadily so that they’re ready for launch. Then lean back and let your arms lead your body by raising the over your head and towards the sky. Then twist your body so that your hands touch the ground and push off the ground with your hands. Get feet together and drop your legs down. Try to land springy.
Round-Off Back Hand-Spring: This is a combination of the Cartwheel and Back Hand Spring. It’s best to get a running start, so run and perform a Cartwheel. Without stopping, proceed to a back hand spring. Use your momentum to lead you along, but don’t over compensate, just treat it like they are separate only you are doing them together.
