New to tricking (Shoorik)

Hello, my name is Alex. I am Ukrainian, but I speak Russian, and now English. I moved to the US about 8 years ago and I currently live in California, Sacramento. I am new to tricking and was wondering if anyone could help me get started. Maybe where to train or practice, or some helpful hints like exercises would be very appriciated. Thank you very much, I look forward to read some fantastic replys from you guys. :smile:

Learn the basic kick improved your flexibility and then you can start tricking.

DUDE im from sac too!!! hey i train at kovars, alot of trickers in the sac area either go there or gymnastics... but we gotta trick together simetime....
