YES, I defied all sanity to actually do one out of shere feeling of uselessness:

'tis another brick in a wall for my own technical advancement of doing tricks. 'tis the GIST of the b-kick.

The fact that you stated not to try an aerial from a b-kick made this tutorial awsome ! :D

I'd expect a cleaner bkick from someone making a tutorial but I guess everybody wants to try and feel important/useful by throwing out just anything these days. Not trying to be a complete asshole. At least you took time to cover most of the move, not just a really quick 3 tip thing or whatever. Still, this being a tutorial and all people need to see a really good example to strive for, not a beginners.

This is insanely useful for me. I can do all the basics very well except for the kicks which I have never tried and was just going to start practicing. This is perfect, thank you.

Try and straighten out your legs and you will have a sick Buttery Fly kick.

*shrugs* Maybe I'll remake the tutorial. who knows.

Now that I know I have SOMETHING to work on. ^^ Thanks, and I'm glad it helped SOMEWHAT. ^^

I get what you're saying Swartz, but I somewhat suspected that I wouldn't have such a good lookin' kick as an example, which was why I suggested that anyone should also glance at other people's Bkicks like on YouTube or Tricks Tutorials.

BUT, tutorials CAN be redone. ^^ Thanks, mate. ^^

I sorta agree with Swartz.

The b-kick examples provided weren't bad but weren't good in my humble opinion.
I don't agree with some of the points demonstrated. Such as the making the body horizontal by trying to make your upper body horizontal then lifting the leg past the horizontal line.
The dip also seems like it could be quite elaborated on. For most people don't truly understand the whole purpose of this dang dip, it seems like you might just have basic knowledge of it yourself, no offense. But either way, the dipping portion wasn't explained thaaat much.

Anyways, other than that it wasn't bad. You provided some nice pointers and methods of visualization to help with certain parts of the trick. If the tips you provided were ones you learned through your own experience, they'll most likely help others who are having similar experiences to a reasonable extent.

There is no shame. It was not crappy like most tutorials. It's clear you're not one of those who goes out and learns it then runs home and writes a tutorial about it, yeno yeno.

I'll keep trying. ^^

Oh indeed, I wish I had my camera with me tonight; I manage to do several 540's tonight at my dojo, and I almost partially landed some b-twists. Talk about 'plan ahead' -_-
