How to make a GIF animation (the easy way)

This is a tut. on how to turn a short video into a GIF animation...

1st step:
find a video that you want to convert into a .GIF file, (This must be in WMV, ASF, avi, mpg, mpeg, mov, 3gp, flv, or mp4 format,) then, shrink it to about 4 seconds using a editing software such as windows movie maker.

2nd step: Go to: http://www.gifninjas.com/

3rd step: click on convert video to gif (witch should be on the top right-hand corner)http://http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/jj293/fe-ninja/Capture.jpg

4th step: scroll down, and browse for the video, then, click "Make My gif!" http://http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/jj293/fe-ninja/Capturebrowse.jpg

Think it was the black singlet. The camera angle was not completely from the side nor behind but rather slightly angled between. Backdropping was a wall covering about half the frame and it is somewhere around late afternoon. When converting it was pretty hard to see what you were doing. I was squinting like an asian man.
