I'd like to see less gainer-flashes, and more 540's.

"Cartfull"
The problem that plagues your technique in this skill, is the same problem that plagues alot of novice trickers. The CW > Full combination is a simple one to manage; however, it still requires a good deal of experience in knowing how to dismount from "handspringing manuevers" [CW, RO, BHS, FHS, etc.]. At the moment, you're doing what most people do when they perform the "cartfull", which is CW > Btwist [which isn't anything to really be proud of].
Judging from what I saw in the sampler, you're not comfortable with tumbling from RO...out of all the gainer variations you did, and all of the Backflips/Sideflips, you didn't tumble from a RO at all. Due to this, and your execution of the "cartfull", my advice to you would be to ditch the notion of learning the "cartfull" altogether. Instead, learn how tumble from RO: 1) acquire RO > BF, 2) acquire RO > FULL, 3) acquire CW > FULL.
Btwist-round
I didn't see a BTR in this sampler at all; however, there was a BT...so I'm gonna assume that was your attempt at BTR.
First thing, you need to the BT a little bit more. The next time you have a training session, focus about half of your time on doing the BT alone. You have the gist of it down, but what you need is to learn how to twist up into the air [as opposed to twisting through it]. Also...when drilling the BT, try to get your hips up to "eye-level".
Second thing, when dipping on the BT/BTR, you need to sway all the way across your body. Don't begin bringing your chest up when your head is over your "base foot" [the one that supports your weight, the one you jump off of], bring your chest up when your head has passed your base foot. Doing this will ensure that you complete the 180-degree flatspin that is inherent in all BT techniques, and also put your BTR on target.
Lastly, drill tornado kicks. Not the floaty wushu-type, the quick and snappy TKD-type. try to drill it with the kick going towards the neck of the projected target. Doing this will improve height of your BTR, because the BTR = BK + tornado. Focus on chambering, spotting the target, keeping the elbows in towards your body, and focus on pointing those toes.
Misc.
I personally thought the sampler was pretty decent. It was a good indicator of where you're at in your tricking career, and offers many ways for you t omove beyond it in the future. However, like many people mentioned before...the sampler was a tad "flip oriented" [which is fine]. You showed us that you could 540, and that's great...but that's not exactly what we're looking for. We want to see you want to 540...not 540 to get us off your back
Also...try not to hop when you're doing your crescent/hook kick. When doing them, the base foot should stay on the ground the entire time.

thx sessh, i'm gonna keep thoes tips in mind, next time i go to the gym, and yeah, it's basicly just a vid, not realy a sampler, and yes, i'm kinda scared doing roundoff tricks beacuse of thoes damn mats, there are gaps between mats and i risc neck breaking if i do roundoff tricks...i used to do ro backtucks and ro sideflips, but not anymore...anyway i'm going to release a new sampler this spring, with more variation, combos and kicks, hopefully i'll get the cork til the end of the spring :P. thx alot dudes for the tips
