Today at PE lesson i finally got vid of myself doing aerial and 540. :smile:

When it comes to aerial, i guess it's pretty obvious that i terribly lack a sidesplit flexibility. But still any tips are apreciated.

your set-up into your 540 is all wrong.. well... kinda.. don't jump before the take off at all unless its for a pop 540.. just nicely step over and dig down and then jump up and kick! As for your aerial its fine.. as you become more flexible it'll look nicer and nicer.. not much you can do to IMPROVE it since you are landing it..
