ino. but a faster rotation when i tuck. faster bringing your legs to your hands
Throwing your knees up faster.
(However that does not mean bring them up early)
Reach your jump peak and lift your knees as high and fast as possible.
tucking your head in and looking at your balls will speed up rotation
also try to touch your feet with your hands to ensure a tight tuck
and do all of this aggressively

The same technique for front tuck? I got good height but I spin slow, dont no why.
Im really trying to tuck really small. Can it be fixed by throwing my legs harder?

Spread your legs in the tuck ig you look at a typical gymnastic triple back or so. Check out the way he tucks... Thats the best way, Also use the arms to gain momentum.:wink:

Strength? I do believe you mean Power!
You could be able to lift 800 pounds with your core, but this doesn't necessarily mean you can do it fast.
I know what you meant, I'm just clarifying, because some people might take it as "oh this just means I have to do lots of situps and get nice abz to tuck fast." Yeno?
