ive been drilling my btwist for awhile, and it got pretty good. but what i dont have is landing upright.

how do u land upright in order to swing through?

Getting your chest higher in the dip, and take off should help.

For me it just kinda happens, but yeh just dip hard and when comin out of the dip bring that chest up nice and high

Keep looking over your shoulder as you twist. This way, you'll spot the ground and set up your posture for swinging through. This advice is assuming that you can get horizontal and have a decent foundation (a dip, solid leg lift, usage of arms, etc...)
