hey guys

im a young tricker from AUS and i desperately need some help with the flexability in my legs... im having trouble pulling most of the really simple kick moves and i would really appreciate some sort of adivce or training program that someone could give me that will improve my flexability in as little time as possible

Haha, you didn't look down the forum list far enough - there's a flexibility section.

Anyway, welcome to the forums.

It's excellent.

If you have questions after that, or can't be stuffed to read it, ask again in this thread or in the flexibility sub-forum and I'll post some basic stuff for you. But if you want to have an excellent level of flexibility for tricking, you might as well read Juji's guide.

Have you ever heard of trickstutorials.com? There is a section just for flexibility, which you spelled wrong by the way. And I think you should try to develop your flexibility the most efficient way, in stead of the quickest. Why do you need to become flexible in as little time as possible? You've never been very flexible, why do you need it so quickly now? Also, there is a flexibility subforum.

The method Juji shows is probably the best anyway. It's fast, safe, and doesn't take much time from your day either. And it will probably improve your warm-ups and therefore tricking sessions.

I'm stressing what thereid touched here: You do NOT have to be as flexible as possible in as little time as possible. Thinking and doing things this way will potentially lead to injuries in the form of overstretched muscles and haggard joints.
