bring your chest back before you swing your leg all the way up

Pull your back leg up more dang it.
Try looking at the ground longer. Try twisting fast off the ground. You don't want to go up as much, you want to stay around the same spot but rotate the whole rotation.

yeah i just got these recently. as soon as you see the floor start pulling your chest up and it should allow for a more powerful swing thru

Not really. That has nothing to do with swing through techniques.
A b-twist that swings through well isn't high or vertical or require you to have a high chest. A b-twist that swings through is fast and quick, and doesn't go travel upwards too much.
Case in point: Dan Pitlock, Ott, the principles of physics, etc.

you lifting your chest to much up in order to your lifting leg
try concentraing more on the lift and the jump instead of the dip and your chest .
skilz is right
Towels ur looking at the floor and trying to anticipate the landing leaving you massively underrotated.. u need to complete the full btwist to reap its benefits for swinging thru

My btwist has always been high and slow like that.
maybe that's why I can't hyper either...

firstly you are thinking so much about the swingthrough that you btwist isn't horizontal.
secondly keep your chest up, come out of the btwist looking at the wall.
thirdly just go for it. You have the motion of swinging down so that it flows, all you need now is the gonads to chuck it.

You can't hyper because you're twisting to soon. That's always why you may find it incapable of hypering.
Also, hypering and s/ting aren't really related. In fact, with s/ting you want to twist a little earlier, whereas with hypering you want to twist a little later.
