My New Roundoff Back

It has been a long time since my last post. My last post was of a suckier roundoff backflip.

Yeah so I've been drilling my roundoff for a while, and this is the result. I'm not sure how to get height in my flip. I know I land pretty well, but I don't seem to get that much air.

What the fuck do you need help with? Have you tried setting yet? That usually tends to help you get more height. Although, you're pretty high already. Don't be over critical. When you can't land something, THEN you need to get more height.

Try drilling your round off a bit more, just by its self, but when you do it try to jump up as high as you can after the round off with out going backwards to far. It should hopefully get you used to going upwards instead of backwards. Try to stall a little bit before your tuck as well. Also when you go to do a round off try to reach as far as you can, that should help too. All you can really do is practice. Its pretty good from what I saw in the video.
