Yesterday, I went to see the a sport doctor for my knees and ankles, it wasn't really skeletal muscle strain but more like inflammation at several parts of the ankles and knees. The doctor told me to gradually increase the intensity of training.

So after my rest and recovery of my knees and ankles, how should I start training? start with very light exercises or what? If my limit on pushups on one set is 100 FOR EXAMPLE, should I start with 100 or 50 or something less? And how much should I increase the intensity per session? Like 10%/ session per example or something?

bye,
Yoricko

That's hard to anser. You should ask your doctor for some specific exercises and progression.

You need to be cautious and pay attention to the way your body feels. Unfortunately we can't really answer that for you.

You've got your answer so why bump the thread? Ask the doctor/Physio and stop bumping.
