jump higher...
notice that your center-of-gravity only went up a tiny little bit..
i cant do back flips but obviously you need more height.
the tucking is good though

your hands were not fully extended over your heard. and you did not jump at the peak. Straight UP! not BACK! when you take off. dont look back. you should be staring forward for as long as possible.

i know its scary not to look back but thats the hardest thing to do on a backtuck, get a spoter a strong guy or just anywone you trust that can get you over , just jump UP DONT LOOK BACK, look at the fence infront of you or something and youll see that its not the same as looking back, i swear i used to do the same shit as you, but now i look infront of me and im almost doing a perfect backflip
the longer you look infront of you the longer your gona go up, then hit your knees to your chest and thats wats gona get you around
anyway i hope this helped good luck

Try to tuck tighter because the tighter you tuck the faster u rotate check TKD_Andys backtuck tutorial it helped me alot

it's not about his tuck, it's easily tight enough, he just needs to get his arms up. If you want to see what it does, watch jujis final back, he only throws his arms up on one attempt, and he flies.

Well i experimented with arms when i tried backtuck on my bed,i put my hands high enough and i like almost did it but when i got my hands too low it blowed couldnt even get on my knees D:
Ofcourse you need to jump as high as you can, dont only do the hand thing...
lololol the only thing i noticed was your height, and how much of it you lack, when you jump, really delay it.

YOU ARE NOT JUMPING YOU FOOLISH LITTLE MAN!
Maybe you should actually take a video of yourself using the tips we gave, and then we'll see if you're actually using them, because you obviously aren't.

how much does looking forward and not looking down affect you i have a problem with that..

when you look behind you, even if you dont notice, it makes you arch your back. when that happens, it not only slows your rotation, but kills your height. i used to have a problem with this, i would always land really low to the ground/on my knees. just focus on something infront of you, a little higher than head level, and dont stop untill your legs are to your chest
if the tips arnt working. use your own knowledge and resources. take juji's video, which is downloadable, and your own video and compare frame by frame. you will a vast difference. so open up your btuck on quicktime or anything that has frame by frame and another for juji's (or anyone you have that has a nice btuck) and compare and contrast. see what they do and what you dont. and then apply.
its one thing to get tips on the forums, but its another for you to put in the effort to see what you're doing wrong instead of coming back on saying things didnt work.
im not trying to be a jerk or anything, i'm just giving you another way to get tips. its just time that will make you better. it takes a lot of time and drilling. i remember when my btucks looked worse than yours...it probably still does haha. just learn to jump up! you have to do that. once you learn to jump UP! you're gonna have to utilize that in every trick...no trick will go down or backwards or diagonally...if you want to fully reach your peak in every trick, up is the key. so keep working, and seriously take into consideration of comparing. it really helped me focus in on what i needed to work on.

Ok man, I have a few suggestions... Practice jumping like 20 times in a row. I do this every day and it gets you so m,uch hieght. I noticed in your video, prior to your jump, you didnt go down all the way. The more you go down, the more spring you will have. So, just practice jumping 20 or more times a day, (consecutively) and tuck like no other, and you should get it.

You didn`t do either of them, you jumped with your arms bent, and your legs bent too haha. You need to fully extend your legs before you even think about leaning back.
You jumped half as much as you would just jumping normally.
I ask here, cuz didnt know where to ask or do i have to do new threat and this was top of the list. Should i train sideflips from one leg or punch both legs?
