it seems pretty good as a primer but progress will eventually stagnate pretty quickly because you won't be able to add more weight.
Yeah, well I got dumbbells so I can add some more weight for my hands

It's better than nothing, but it isn't great.
How heavy are your dumbbells, because you will probably out 'grow' them pretty easily.
I would find harder variations for the pushups, situps, and lunges.
LoL thats a joke seriously if u wanna build muscle don't do as much reps as possible instead u do low reps id say 6-10 with more weight for that i wear a bag and fill it with as much heavy things as i can find.
And Lunges for legs is that the only work out well it ain't doing much so i would recommend throwing some squats and calf raises in there 2.
and also he has no lower back workouts so i would recommend some hyper extensions.
And a begginer can do all of these aswell they just set the reps and weight to the level thats suits them best.
PEACE!

Scooby is real sexy in his YouTube vids. I believe I messaged him about tiger pushups but he didn't know what they were, and neither do I.

Tiger push ups is a martial arts excercise used for warming up for a session and strengthening. It is a strange looking and more dynamic push up than the traditional one. As with most martial arts techniques, this exercise can be found under different names.
The starting position looks like a triangle. Stand with your feet about two shoulder widths apart. Lean forward and get on all fours while holding about 90 degrees at the waist. Your legs should be straight as well as your back. Your hands should be placed about 1.5 shoulder widths apart. You will need to find out for yourself, the best starting position. Right now your butt should be the highest point. It may look a little funny.
Next, dive down forward such that your face travels towards the floor, across it and up into the air as you push up w/ your arms. You should be in the end postion where your head is the highest part of your body, with your arms straight, supporting your upper body, and your body from the waist down is flat on the floor. Your head will be making a U shaped motion instead of moving up and down perpendicular. Repeat as many as you can.
If by now you are smiling or smirking because you see possible sexually provocative imagery from these tiger push ups, then you are picturing it correctly. Whether this helps you in sex is another matter

That sounds like divebomber pushups.
I thought tiger pushups were basically only the first 1/4 of a divebomber (head to floor, without coming up going forward) and the last 1/4.
As opposed to hindu pushups (dands) which are only the first 1/2 of a dive bomber and then you do downward dog without any arm bend.

Correct
My dumbbels can go to about 16kg if I put all in one. I can do like 1 normal push-up so I have to start from easy.. Better program example would be appreciated if anyone is interested to make one quickly. I don't know much of the bodybuilding words and things so it's pretty hard for me. :eh:

If you can only do one pushup, then stick to that program for a while.
