Hi!

I would like some exercises for strength training using gymnastic rings. From basic to advanced. Is there a good tutorial for this?

Anything that has to do with gymnastic strength holds and not swings on the rings would be appropriate.

Search for information about:

- sits
- levers
- handstands and presses
- planches, malteses
- crosses

Strength training using "bodyweight" is all about exercise progression, wherein you choose increasingly difficult variations by manipulating leverage, mastering each before moving on to the next.

To complete your equipment, I'd strongly recommend a weighted vest, a set of adjustable dumbbells, and some parallettes.
