Okay this shit is starting to scare me. I'm starting to gain more mass in that area and it's making it harder to wrap my legs together for spins. My nuts also get squished sometimes and overall it just feels uncomfortable and stupid. I'm not sure if it is muscle mass or fat but I can flex it so it's probably more muscle.

Welcome to the club. I've ruined countless work pants due to my thighs rubbing together.

I bet women don't have this problem, since they have wider hips their legs are more spaced apart on average right? Then again they tend to be fatter, but that's modifiable with training.

Most of my body fat accumulates near the upperlegs so that's probably why it's easier to gain muscle mass. It's annoying because I have big legs and small upperbody so I have to do more upperbody exercises just to even it out.

I burned the skin off my adductors by walking around Disneyland for a day, and couldn't walk correctly for a week or two.

It's the walking that does it, for show.

I am wondering, I have heard rumour that narrow-stance squats or leg pressing tends to emphasize the 'outer sweep' of the quads, meaning you would not work the adductors so much as a normal squat. Would this be a solution if you were only doing them for aesthetics?

I'm pretty skinny in the upperbody and I don't want get even skinnier. Is there any way to decrease the weight or size of your legs??

I think at this hour it is the perfect time as far as posters on the forum go: I'm awake, Jan from Norway is online, Compleks from Australia, and Chicanerous the sleep impaired.

Considering it's 5am, I'd pretty much call myself sleep impaired as well, hahah.

I go to bed at a modest 11 PM now, so I'm no longer sleep impaired. For a few weeks, I was going to bed around 3-5 PM after making the switch from 7 AM, which was cool, but I can't watch worthless television shows like Make Me a Supermodel with that schedule.

:good:

Wearing "midway briefs" or compression shorts solves that until you wear holes through the fabric.

Haha rubbing legs together, been like that for awhile now. Still not rubbing it hard enough to make my clothes go to shits but sometimes it can get slightly annoying.

Biker tights to the people! :ogre:
