now that I've seen this, calling it a 540 hook seems more helpful as a training aid than c720.

Plus the tutorial was INCREDIBLY well written and explained, and the music was actually fine Kudos, mate!

I just wanted to explain my views on pumping, because ive found that over the years ive gone through cycles of either doing these really well or really badly, and ive only recently found out that it wasnt because of anything i wasnt doing, it was just becuase i wasnt totally in control of everything i was doing.

yep, i make it clear in the video the name that i call it a 540hook becuase the first time i heard / saw the move, thats what they were calling it, its not a (ok now im sure im just quoting the video) reflection on the kick being thrown.

Although the last one of the extra examples is a bit of a hook, but thats only becuase i was laying it back a smidge.
