monday:triceps,biceps
tuesday:back

he says each workout should last about 1 hour

Hmm i think it would help if you said which are your goals. I think that training 5 times a week and having a day specially for triceps and biceps and another one for shoulders might be unnecessary if you want your training for freerunning though.

That is a "bodybuilding" split. It will certainly work, but whether it can be considered optimal depends on your goals.

It is not optimal for conditioning for free running, tricking, or basically any sport. In other words, while it may be optimal for aesthetic goals, it is not optimal for athletic ones.

Eat like there is no tommorow and train like a madman. How hard can it be?

If you wanna get big and trick thats gonna hurt your tricking. But gaining weight is always fun, so just stick to the three cores lifts bench, squat , and deadlifts. Squat and deadlift will help with tricking and give you a better overall body blah blah blah. Bench is basically a feel good exercise after a while. The number of days you work out is up to you, but generally I found 3-4 a week is best for gaining.

Like chicanerous said your workout will get you bigger but not much better.

Second thing is diet. Go read juji's diet tutorial cause im not writing that out. Here linkage http://trickstutorials.com/index.php?page=content/foodlog

So its LIFT, EAT, SLEEP.

Hey, the guy is huge... he must know what he's talking about.

Don't believe anyone who gives you advice without first asking what your goals are.
