I only glanced at the site, and it looks like another generic 'mens health-esque' fitness site.

i thought it was good considering it was free and all

Yes it is generic and probably filled with the wrong type of information. His "six pack abs tutorial" is faulty as well since he himself had the muscle mass prior to dropping weight.

Yes, you need to have a level of strength to utilize plyometrics. Forget that site mate, it's for suckers.

Just join your school's weightlifting/powerlifting team and eat like a growing boy.

*cue whiny "but my school doesn't/didn't have a weightlifting/powerlifting team :agony:" posts*

I'd also say *cue bitchy "but I'm a growing girl" posts* but this is TT after all. :good:

hmm man, as it has been said, that site is shit, i've seen it before. Just look at these statements "This is the exact workout routine that I use for
for my personal training clients that are paying me over $50-$95 per hour." Guides on how to look like brad pitt? His routines have pretty elaborate and strange exercizes too, i'd stay stick with the basics if you're a begginer, a program like "starting strength" is nice.

Plyometrics suffers from a lack of measurement and is an advanced technique. 1-legged jump squat isn't what most people are up to.
