People don't like to hand out answers to people who aren't willing to put in some research.


That said, here is what you should consider:
- Reading the stickies at the top of this page (all of them).
- Read the articles on the main site.
- Research exercise programming principles.
- Set yourself some specific goals.

try air alert 3. its a 15 week long program for the legs and it works them out nicely. every week gets a little harder than the last.

Air Alert is awful, and has been condemned many times on this site.
Do not do (or recommend) any Air Alert programs.
