Can you hold an L-sit yet?
If so, how long can you hold it.

This question depends on your current level of strength.

Start with basic situps, and once you can do more than 20, increase the difficulty. You can do this by adding weight, or finding a harder variation.

V-ups are a good option.

I can do the L sit for 10 seconds not much I know. any way to build more strength without having to drink proteins and all that.

You don't need to ingest protein shakes to get stronger.

Build strength by overcoming great resistance on a regular basis.

Obviously, they are the opposite of the ones that weaken your abs, for example....

Turns out that shotgun blasts to the abdomen are possibly the most underrated ab exercise.

There are ab exercises that don't strengthen your abs because they're really pussy, like those ones you do on those infomercial machines, because they're easier on the abs than just standing is sometimes.

Well, if you've been laying in bed your entire life those machines would of been a great start.

I think that can screw with your joints.

Any movement at high velocity with ankle weights tend to increase the risks of getting injured.

Maybe, but crunches would probably be a great start too. I'd see someone more likely to get injured trying to get into one of those weird things. The only thing that wouldn't have that would be those electrodes they place over an area that activates the muscle with charges. This is probably therapeutic for people who can't use muscles due to nervous system damage or a lack of awareness. I want to try it (Dr. Ho!) to see how cool it feels.
