For what purpose would you train explosive power?

I don't know how did you manage not to find ANY info, maybe misspelled the words or something? . In this forum you have a sticky with some useful links, i think. Research on those sites, also i'm guessing you want for a higher vertical, so maybe search that on google, but yes, one can train for explosiveness and speed for a number of matters and in lots of ways, so it would me useful if you could tell why you want it.

I had this bookmarked a long time ago, don't really know if it will help or if it is the best resource, don't know what it says either haha, but it will help you get an idea and know what to look for

Here are some good resources (along with training programs if you so desire):

I think this was a pretty good source too: http://www.higher-faster-sports.com/verticaljumpfaq.html

Good luck!

Oh, and there's a very good articcle written by chicanerous on this forum just seach "vertical jump" and you should find it, it's very good! And judging by your signature, if you're a newbie, and want to start tricking, i don't think you should focus on specific vert increasing training. Please don't think that you've got to have a very above average vert to be able to trick, this is wrong, and took me a while to understand.

Haha yes, that's actually the right answer. There's lots f info on the internet but if oyu have no prior knowledge you'll get very confused at first, so stick with basic things.

Hey, i wasn't trying to act surprised, i know Compleks is usually right in his posts and has lots of knowledge, a lot more than me also. I was just saying that even though that was very simple and short it was absolutely correct, nothing else.
