Swipeknife please.

Hey y'all i am looking for tips any tips at all for swipe knife, i can throw a a side swipe obviously , i can throw it easy enough to combo in and out of.... i tried tightening my right leg [my hooking leg] and just swinging it over if that makes any sense...i ended up drilling into the ground LOL .... any tips , advice , difficulties or successes thanks guys... and girls =]

eH.... Swipe knife is actually a good bit different from jacknife. You chamber the SHIT out of the hook leg and kick it IMMEDIATELY after the swipe. When I say immediately, I mean the moment after the kick passes through the target area. THEN... remember. A sideswipe is an inverted trick. So don't be afraid to hook whilst STILL INVERTED. The hook will actually help pull you upright after you land.

swipeknife aka terada's jacknife is woth shit to trick that is my opinion.

layed back jacknifes help turn it into a swipeknife. I actually learned to jack knife slanted so it was easy for me to just turn my head and invert it to a swipe knife. go wit everything that erufukami. i more or less accidently got this move purely cause i layed it out. keep that hook leg high up and as you swipe, hook the shit out of the air.

Ummm... Floaty sideswipes are better than super hardcore powerful ones where your foot slams the landing.... Also, when you go for the hook, think of swiveling your hips around to get the rotation. And kick off the back/side of your hip... you aren't going to really face your target too much. Get over it.

yeah dude, you kick right after you swipe and kick that second leg out as fast as possible. and make sure you keep spot of the target, it'll be weird but it'll get easy fast. :smile:
