I seem to not rotate much.
My friend spots me and I make it, but he made me think he was garbing me and I nearly landed on my neck but I usually landed on my back.
I don't rotate is there exersizes that help; I don't like going to the gym at all I only do natural workouts.

I know abs have a great deal so would practice my l sit be the best for now?

If you're still learning, it's technique and confidence that's holding you back.

Jump and rip your knees up in front of you as fast and as powerfully as you can like you're going to knee yourself in the face, tucking them to your chest, as you let your head fall backwards and you'll flip mighty fast.

Anything that mimics a backtuck will help, so just jump fully extend and tuck and for strength you could do leg/knee raises

Haven't you ever squatted down to pick something up with a backpack on before? Squatting with something metal on your back or chest isn't anymore "non-natural" than squatting with a shirt or pants on is.

L-sit is a good exercise, it has straight legs though, since when you first learn backtuck you bend your knees, knee raises are also important.

*goes and does some explosively on a bar trying to bruise his chest with the speed*

My back hurt when I woke up this morning, and now I have to go off and lift bikes all day, wonderful.
