Could u explain the difference please.

Im guessing a stall would be prolonging the flip longer then usual
And a set would be placing yourself in the right position (setting) before initiating another movement.

If im wrong correct me because thats how i see them.

Hmm I`m trying to think of a good way to explain this, and this is what I`m thinking.

If your maximum peak of a backflip was to be just over headheight, you would set untill this level and then tuck.

That is a set.

A stall would be reaching that peaked limit, and prolonging your tuck for afew seconds, even still staying stretched on the way down at an extreme.

i cnt spin that great so to make up for it on my cork i do the set up were u start in a cheat set up then start the cheat set up going left to right foot then spin again and do right foor to left foot then kick the right leg up for the cork. it givs a lot of momentum for the spin. i dunno if that helps at all.
