After one month of waking up at 6:30 am to stretch half an hour and stretching at 9:30pm for half an hour too, I don't feel like I progressed much, if at all.

Give us more details.
What method are you using?
What exercices?
etc.
Oh and by the way, flexibility takes more than 1 month for ''great'' improvement.

I'd say read the flexibility section of this site.. You're probably just not noticing your gains it can take a really long time to develop flexibility it's taking me lots of time i'm slowly making gains. I didn't have a great improvement after my first month either but it was noticeable to me.

Your dynamic flexibility should get to the level of your static-passive flexibility pretty quickly. Gains in static-passive flexibility will be fairly gradual, and might be difficult to appreciate for that reason.
It could be that your stretching technique needs work. e.g., you aren't reaching your max in each session, you aren't holding the positions long enough etc. Warming up will make static stretching a lot easier too. You can get the same gains without warming up, but it will be more difficult - so (statistically) you'll probably make slower gains.
I can give some advice for the technique if you think it might be lacking. Reading Juji's guide (again if you have already) would probably help you quite a lot.
