So at my last session.. i tried a jackknife.. and got closer than i have been.. watching it over and over again studying what I'm doing wrong.. and i think i have some ideas... can i just get some positive feedback on advice on how i can get this trick a lot nicer higher and cleaner.. :juji: thanks no dick comments.. please..

IDK I dont really do Jacks at the moment Im trying to work my twisting cuz it is the suck but it looks like your chambering a bit to late with the hook. There are some other problems I can tell but I can really spot them out I need super slow-mo lol.

yah thats the 1st time i did it halfway decent.. theres a lot of things I've notice i have to fix.. im deffinatly gonna drill this move..

You don`t chamber your non kicking leg when you 540, so you can`t throw a hook/crescent after it.

When you chamber your first leg in the tornado you need to knee heighter then the second you start to extend the 540 you need to pull the other leg tight into a chamber and keep i there and try to pull it across like you would on a cheat 7.

If you do this, it`ll mean that as your 540 leg comes to the ground, your chambered leg will come back up abouve your waist in prep to throw a hook/crescent.

Your arm position is weak aswell, you need to pull your shoulders and arms up high as you come up with your knee, then pull them tight against your body into a guard position, where they should stay untill you`ve completed the trick.

You also look at the floor, spot your target twice during this, on the 540 then the hook/cres and you will be able to start the 2nd kick with your upper body higher.

Well thats my opinion anyway.

you don't wrap your arms much unless your doing a paraknife..

Pause it right in the end of each kick, no i dont wrap during the first kick but I however do wrap near the beginning of the second bringing me through the second kick.
