This is somewhat of a rant and somewhat asking for tips... So I've got some issue with my left shoulder where the tendons themselves have apparently been stretched a little due to some mishaps, causing the shoulder to actually be about 1cm lower from my left collar bone than my right shoulder is from my right collar bone. The doctor said it can't be fixed, but that I could try training with extra light weights and work my way up.

When I run/jog it quickly starts to hurt really badly, any up-down movement causes it to start hurting quick, I recall even a crosstrainer started hurting quite bad. I can't do most shoulder excercises, they're more or less tied down to a low weight military presses.. Also, I can no longer do bench press nor pushups.

More or less I've been really demoralized to train at all these past couple months, and need to get myself back on track. Ideas for cardio which wouldn't put stress on the shoulder? I've been thinking biking and swimming..problem is that there's too much snow at this time of the year to be biking so I take the bus, and I never get around to going swimming. Also I'm wondering what I could do for chest..so far I've done strictly cable tower...

Actually I haven't been to the gym for a couple months. I'm in shit shape since I haven't been able to trick either (injured right leg, my thigh muscles have vanished ) and need to get myself back in order f.f.s.. Yeah, whatever...I'm ranting.:ouch:

Surgery? I had a friend with shoulder problems as well (tendon related) and he got surgery to fix it.

Doctor said it can't be fixed with surgery

I'm trying to get another appointment though and get some new x-rays/MRI's and see what's up.. I need to see the doctor about my knee as well anyway, since I dunno if it's safe for me to start tricking again..

Thanks.

And it's a physiatric specialist.

It's late (not really, but I'm tired).

Could someone else handle this one for me.
