I dont know why, there is no pain...
Has it got anything to do with synovial fluids?

Possibly.
Generally, if there is no pain then it shouldn't be much of an issue.
IF you are still concerned, then get it looked at by a physio or knee specialist.

If they really do make 'alot' of noise, then it might be a good idea to get them checked anyway.

Mine used to make that noise, like rice crispy's, but they don't anymore to my knowledge.
Actually, yes, they do.

There's an incredibly strong lifter at my gym who snatches what most people squats, the sound his knees make when he lift is fucking horrible.

Mine crack whenever I bend them.

Mine sometimes crack when I do bodyweight squats. Taking fish oil helps lubricate the joints.
my knees used to make noises when they went from fully bent and back, but doing some BW squats just now they are not nearly as bad as they used to be.
doing lots of knee rotations is good
It's weird I can get my left knee to pop 2-3 times doing about 12-16 counter clockwise rotations

I know a girl who can get her knees or ankles to pop just by rotating them and putting a little self-resistance.
But cracking knees ≠ problem, in most cases.

Try putting your legs together bending your knees slightly and making small circles both ways rotating that joint. Mite help
A thourough warmup remedied the problem for me.

Make sure you keep the circles small if you're going to do joint rotations for the knee as a warm-up or whatever.

Thanks, this helped alot, they only crack once or twice now.
My joints just needed some lubricant

Same. My knees aren't really bad or anything aside from cracking, but the cracking goes away from a thourough warmup. 5-6 Minutes are sufficient already, but I usually warm up 10 minutes.
