Ok my i got a pair of "Perfect Pushups" and i was just wondering if anyone had them and how effective they really are. They were developed by a US Navy Seal so i thought they might be legit. Any opinions?

They're quite effective at earning war veterans with no technical skills a profit.

haha yes. perfect pushups. they work your biceps, triceps, chest, back, abs, and kegel muscles all in one easy workout. just 20 minutes a day 3 times a week.

omg who would have thought pushups on rotating handles could be so effective

you wasted your money dude

get a refund and buy some elite rings
www.ringtraining.com

they are much more versatile and actually useful

Glue your perfect pushups to the sides of a medium hallway and do iron crosses on them.
It'll work.

If you've already bought them, you could probably determine how effective they are by using them.

They look interesting and a little more versatile than doing them on pushup handles like I use, but I really doubt they're as magical as the ads make them out to be.

Baron munch I agree paralettes are cheaper but why more effective?

paralettes allow you to practice a variety of hand balance skills that seem like they would be awkward for the perfect pushup

or the pushup handles would break maybe

I found the pushup bars way more effective, I have yet figured out how to use the perfect pushups to scale walls, but I feel a few more guns of hot super glue will give me superhuman powers!

ok iono. imma have to go against the people knocking on them. my roommate got them (not me..hence, i didnt spend any money on them). i use them shits every day. not just for pushups...but for core exercises. if you're creative you can do a bunch of shit with them..like v-sits to planches, L-sitted shoulder shrugs. IMO they target stabilizing muscles really well. ive now incorporated them into part of my workout routine.

since youve already spent the money, go you tube that shit. its pretty cool.

i think the mechanic does some things with it. but just youtube perfect pushup and you should see some stuff.

Perfect pushups actually stress the wrists and could give you injuries later on.

Hahaha.

You could do all of that with some cheap dumbells, so why buy that?

I borrowed something similar but better from a friend. I use it to do l-sits.

I guess paralletes can be bigger, though if it were a paralette of the same size then the PP has its advantages.

Don't bother. Move to harder variations if anything. Endurance gained from long sets of pushups is pretty useless.

Req vid of Rianu doing Perfect Pushup with a weighted vest.
