im not sure on a routine:S


Like i want to get stronger more tonend muscle but also get good and pulling myself upp for free running and strong legs for tricking?

like dips,pullups,pressups,crunches,squats,barbellcurls ,penchpresses, etc?


Wats the best routine ive looked and been needing advice for weeks.

Take some time to read the stickies at the top of this forum. Especially the sticky by Chicanerous on weight training for tricking.

Your question is still a bit too broad. So do a little research and narrow things down, then ask some slightly more specific questions.

What I would recommend is that you stick to basic compound exercises. 2-3 weight training sessions per week, foucusing on either full body routines, or a basic upper/lower or push/pull split.
Keep the reps relatively high at this stage (8-12 reps) before working your way down into more excepted strength training parameters.
