Ok so here´s my problem.
When doin roundoffs for example i feel a slight pain in my ankels. It doesnt feel sprained or so it just feels kinda weak. So i think if i keep going like this it could become permanent... which would kinda suck big time. So what exactly can i do to strengthen my ankles?? I know about dogens tutorial and about what he sais to do in that tutorial, but i was wondering if there was anything special i can do.

Well anyway ive ben resting for the last 1.5 months cause of a muscle prob, which is gone now. So i think my ankles are just a little bit rusty.

No, there are no "hardcore training strategies" to get over an injury, especially not one related to a joint. When you are hurt, you rest.
Live with it or suffer.

The problem with the ankle is that you can have the strongest muscles surrounding the joint ever but accidents happen: look at Sidney Crosby and Plexico Burress who both have high ankle sprains and both missed/ are missing a lot of action.
I'm not saying it's what you have, but just an example.
Chances are by resting your muscle belly injury for that long it did not heal in an ideal manner and you will have problems down the road.

Im not saying that i have/had an ankle problem. Ive been tacking a break from tricking for the last few months because i badly hurt a muscle in my leg (which is healed and stretched back to its original state pretty much). And while tricking(also befor the muscle injury) i just feel a slight pain in my ankle sometimes when i land on it really hard or a lil crucked. By roundoffs for example. Now after my tricking break i rarely feel anything in my ankle anymore, so im just interrested if theres anything u guys to to "strengthen" your ankles.
For example can u somehow stretch your ankle or eat something special ti help it or anything?? Cause i want to keep from having destroyed ankles at 30 at any price.
And stop tricking isnt an option:juji:

Make sure you don't keep pushing it when you're training. If you get that ankle feeling, end the session. I personally don't know what else you could do.
