Hi i am from Serbiam and i want to start stretching and i heard that if you want results you must stretch every or almost every day about one-two hour in day? Is it true? I think that it is too much time. What you think?

No, you can get results from stretching less than 1-2 hours. Doing it daily is a good idea, more regular things seem to getmore consistant results than spurts, especially in stretching.
I think 1-2 hours every day is too much time, yes.

Yeah just spend like 15 - 20 minutes on it a day that should be plenty unless you wanna be like supersuperextra flexible.

Thanks. Now it is eaiser to me because i thought that i must do stretching exercises about one-two hour per day and after other exercises i will do and stretching. It seems to me that on your site is many stretching exercises is it good to do all exercises and dynamic,static...?

Not all exercises, no. I suggest you do dynamic and static-passive stretching every day. You can do isometrics 2-4 times a week if you like.
Don't do all the stretches Juji shows. For your dynamic stretches, just pick the movements you want more flexibility in. I suggest you do trunk twists, front, side and back bends, and front, side and back leg raises. You can add crescents and stuff if you want.
For static-passive, pick one or two stretches per muscle group for the muscles you want more flexibility in. Just relax into the stretch until you reach your maximum range (might take a few minutes), then hold that maximum for ~30 seconds.
You should never feel pain while stretching.

Do not listen to Graber. His techniques are a waste of time at best.

ppl i need a little help, usualy i strech for an hour or two, but i dont have time every day to strech for that long, so can anybody give me a short streching routine only for the legs that could slightly increase or just to maintain the flexibility? i usualy hold for 1min. and do it 3-5 times with a little rest between the streches,..it takes for and hour or two because at some days im tired to even do relaxed streching, so i make longer rests between streches, but i dont want to loose flexibility...

What from?
Do fewer repetitions. You can gain flexibility with only a single repetition. Gradually stretch into your max, then hold it for a little while (~30 seconds). Do that with one stretch each for your hamstrings, adductors, abductors and hip flexors and you'll be fine.
Flexibility returns quickly anyway.
My flexibility is increasing and I stretch statically for less than an hour a day.
Read Juji's guide thoroughly and you'll be able to design and manipulate your own routine effectively.
Good luck =)
