Eat less saturated fat, trans fat, added sugar, and calories, and do more work. You will begin losing fat almost instantly.

You're skinny but want to lose weight? How old are you? You're probably better off eating plenty of good food and being active in your daily life.

Yes.

What is your current height and weight?

Being skinny and having abs is nothing compared to being meaty and strong.

In order to loose bodyfat, you need to loose weight. This means that in order to "shed" that fat you're gonna be anorectic-style skinny. Eat more until you are a little bigger than you would like, then loose weight. This way you'll be big and have visible abs.

Note that it doesn't happen over night. More like... over a year... or two.

So those foods in particular are gained as fat in the belly compared to other foods which are gained elsewhere?

As Robin Williams so eloquently put it, "I'm getting six-pack-abs by knocking my testicles around!"

Nice "point" Tyciol, but if your perception of the world wasn't so one-dimensional then you'd realize that by limiting the factors that I mentioned you automatically eat more efficiently (i.e. food with a higher percentage of nutrients other than useless crap that everyone has too much of) on top of the fact that I told him to work more.

Ha ha ha, do you exercise at all? Just do some lifting routine and you will immediately begin to see body composition improvements.
