stretching is bad for you, it makes you less flexible

This man is an expert on this topic, listen to everything he has to say.
Ignore everything that a retarded romanian fellow by the name of "Graber" has to say.

1. Two sessions of dynamics (one morning, one pre-training), and a post-training session of relaxed stretching might take me a bit over an hour per day in total.
Time is not really a good way to judge your sessions though. Just do the stretches you want, taking the time you need to do them.
2. Practice. Practice is the best way to improve your tricks. I only say this because some people have a tendency to over-analyse and never end up actually practicing, while others think they need a bunch of preparation training before they start actually tricking.
Strength training can also be helpful if you know what you're doing.

strech as much as you can.but dont over strech.make sure your streching everyday.
streching does help on tricks.you need flexibility for tricking.without out it you wont be kicking high at all

There are two ways of stretching:
1st: Dynamic stretching
2nd: Static stretching.
Differences:
* Dynamic stretching:
Dynamic stretching is basicaly doing kicks.
by doing this over time you will get stronger, faster and powerful kicks which is very important in tricking.
especialy when your doing kick tricks like a 540 kick. (you want that knifecutting speed and power with the 540 so you can chop someone head of....i know you want it)
an example of a dynamic stretching could be.
12 front/side/back raises each leg.
or
a set of 6 outside/inside cresent kicks each leg.
i cant realy tell you how to develop a decent routine is, maybe someone can here can help you out with that.
* Static stretching
this is basicaly just stretching as you know it, good for developing overal flexibility for splits 'n stuff.
look for different stretches and build a routine for yourself.
Overal:
Static stretching = good to attain splits but doesnt aid in building up power.
Dynamic stretching = the opposite of static stretching.
Combine these two and you have: THe sex !
Good luck.
