I wanan do weights 3 times a week
but should i do all the muslce i wanan do on monday wednesday and friday
or
Like monday do bicep and chest, wednesday back and tricep, friday legs?

I don't mean do it in the way that he says it i meant that he should break the different parts he works into differnt days.
I used to do legs monday, arms tuesday and torso friday and it worked out great for me

There are different ways to go about it; a full-body workout, the former one you described, and a split plan, the latter you describe. Just read up on both of them and see which one fits your goals.

Friday: squats, etc.
usually works pretty well. Drink some milk too.
