I want to add mass on the lower portion of my traps. Between the scapula's. So when doing back exercises where should my arms be positioned? eg. hands towards stomach???

Would T-bar rows be better than barbell rows or vise versa to hit that area?

Different types of rows should work, deadlifts should also work it abit. Experiment with the grip, pronated, supinated and mixed.

Deadlifts, Olympic pulls, rows, prone trap raises, etc.
