Ok i have a question what kind of a strech must i do to keep my legs steight as posible in the air , at this moment when i try to do this move , my legs just bend in , and i cant continue the move.

And an other question to do the lotus position , what kinda of streches are good and in what time can i learn them ? If i strech every day about 20-25 min some times more.

If you're having trouble keeping your legs straight in the air it's probably because of a lack of leg strength. If you can straighten your leg normally in the same position on the ground, then you should have no problem with flexibility. When you're spinning in the air, there is greater torque and centripetal force at work that will make extending your leg more difficult.

Dynamic flexibility for kicks should help you. It could also be strength like blandemonki said. Have you read Juji's flexibility section? That basically answers all your questions.

Saying how long it will take to get a particular positions is pretty difficult. You should be able to see progress yourself, and judge from there. Stretch your abductors for the lotus position. Never feel pain while stretching.

Butterfly stretch is probably good prep for lotus position. I don't know the point of it unless you want to make money teaching yoga or show off some bboy freeze.

Do you mean like a static-active front raise or something?

I want to do this move , and i have a problem i cant keep legs streight , the left one is the one which is bending in. If my legs arent streight i cant rotate , and i cant do the windmill. And i thout that that is becous my legs aren flexeble enough. So i comming here to ask for good streches ;/

Just read Juji's guide like I said. You might need strength too, but that's a separate issue.

If it's flexibility that's holding you back - it'll probably be your hamstrings. Do you feel a stretch when you attempt this move?

I think no.

Blegh. I don't know then. If you want flexibility, read Juji's guide. Read up on static passive stretching if you need leg strength for it.

The guy spreads his legs doing that, so you would need to stretch your adductors. He actually doesn't go too far splits-wise, so doing strength (static active) as mentioned will help in holding that without your weight on them to pry them open.
