Hi  .
A little less than a year ago, I had a muscle rupture and a dislocation in my hip. I couldn't walk without pain for a week or two, and I couldn't kick with my left (injured) leg for two-three motnhs or something like that, at all. The pain when kicking with my left leg went totally away just a few months ago. 1-2 months after the injury I started kicking a little with my right leg, and that went quite well, and I got some flexibility on that leg and it was all good, until a few months ago, where my right leg began to hurt when I kicked high. From then and until now, it's just got worse and worse, right now I can't kick over my waist height without, pain. When I try to stretch over that leg, I feel the same pain, not the nice stretching kinda' pain but pain, it hurts both in my kicking leg, and in my hip on my left side, the one that was dislocated. What could've caused this? And how the heck can I make it gtfo haha? Help me please.

You wouldnt even be able to walk you pathetic maggot. Is this all you can do within your existence to make you feel special, Boasting about your flexibillity? Honestly I have no Idea why you are I wish you were not.

See a professional. I don't think anyone here knows how to deal with that. In the mean time, stop training completely. Don't even stretch. This goes for both legs.
It's almost certainly a left-over from your torn muscle. Maybe you got some scar tissue in there or something. Either way, get it checked as soon as you can and do not train at all. Follow the doctor's orders. Once you've recovered, rehabilitate carefully. If you're impatient you might wind up with a permanent problem.
I hope it works out alright. Good luck.

Wait, I think you misunderstood me, I didn't express myself correctly. I can kick with my left, previously injured leg, just fine! It doesn't hurt or anything. It's my right, not injured leg that I can't kick with for some weird reason. The pain is in my left hip, which I dislocated (Which feels like a locking kind of feeling) and in my right, kicking leg, which feels like stretching "pain" just much worse.

Does it hurt when you do static-active stretches? Those you can't do as high so it's a way to work those muscles without aggravating injuries in bigger RoMs as much. You can kind of drop the legs slightly from max stretch and then explode up, kind of pulsating to improve it, making it more dynamic and seeing where the pain starts in a controlled fashion.

It hurts in both dynamic and static stretches ^__^. And I'll try that thanks.

Hmm, yeah looks like I misread. Maybe it's unrelated to the other injury? I still think you should get it looked at. Particularly since you say it's been "worse and worse", and that you've had hip problems, it sounds like it could be something that needs seeing to.

Yeah maybe it is. Now that I think of it, it probably is! I remember that I before the injury had a period where I couldn't stretch over my right leg, as my hip kinda' "blocked" me from doing it. But that's not what got worse and worse, that was the stretchy-kind-of-pain. Aanyway, I'll follow your advice and go see a doctor, thanks. :good:
