ive injered my knee close to a year ago doctor said it would be 3-4 weeks to heal it did but still when i land it gives me a sharp pain on the far side and the back the shock of it gos away in about 30 seconds but then it dosent feel wright for a week or so.

what can i do to get ride of this?
any one else ever have this?
will i be able to trick agein properly?

condition it, start off slow dont go all out rest for 2 weeks but during those 2 weeks condition your legs, when you get back start slow like hooks, 540, c7 etc

Just keep tricking dude it's fine. You don't stop until at least HALF of your body is paralyzed.

its weird ive been tricking for 3 years then that happed and i miss tricking like it was a person thinking about it dayly whating for it to heal thanks for the advice!!!

It's been 2 and a half weeks since I sprained my ankle. I haven't done a backflip or anything tricking related since then. I am going out of my mind!
