Daniel Graham is an excellent trickster, but I don't think he'd stand much of a chance against Anis, assuming Anis really gave it his all (ie: no chucking triple btwist attempts just for kicks, thus losing the battle).

You'd be surprised. Danny G can throw some pretty disgusting combos :good:

As I said, Daniel Graham is an excellent trickster. One of the best, in my opinion.

I still don't think he'd stand much of a chance, but I'd love to see the battle nonetheless.

The reason we don't have these battles is so that we don't figure out which one is better than the other. And so that we can keep our imagination about all the crazy tricksters battling.

I dont think anis would beat sessh.

Feb-17-08, 05:38 AM
depends on the kind of battle i think.
in style sessh would win
in cleanness anis

Feb-17-08, 05:58 AM
who would be the judge of such a battle?
the pope?

Kitosho
Feb-17-08, 10:59 AM
actually no one would win because there's no defined set of rules or point accrual system except for a bunch of skinny teenagers going "woah dude that was wicked"

Plus they're both different styles of tricking.. taste would be subjective.
..what kitosho said.

There is always a method to judge a battle, even if the tricksters are different. You could judge it by Advanced transitions, "hardest trick in combo/ or in general", Combo, how you "answer" your opponents combo/trick, If the opponent bails the combo should it count or does he lose his "score" for that "round" and cleaness.

It can be decided who's the best, but you gotta have an agreement on how you should count the score, judges etc.

the battle will never happen imo.

AdamSwaluk
Feb-18-08, 01:07 AM
It would be a incredible battle, and it's not like there would be any negative reprocussions, so I don't see why people are overcomplicating it like this.

We're not discussing whether or not to pit them against each other in the circle of death or anything.

If that were the case, I'd pit Sessh against Ryouko.

yeah, video doesn't show danny grahams hieght and power because no one realizes how big he actually is. so he easily matches anis's hieght and power, IMO, danny graham is the most powerful tricker alive. Its like seeing scalco in person, you dont realize how powerful and fast he is until you see him in person. its always gonna be a good battle. both have surprises but the fact that danny is hurt, thats going to put him behind the arms race with Anis. so who knows. dont underestimate danny though.

He's rediculous, he was powerful at TXT last year but NYG, no comparison. he made the air in the room move with a hook to sideswipe. anyone standing within 10 feet of him can vouch from NYG. Its unreal.

I saw Daniel Graham do some drunk-shadow-boxing in a hotel lobby and it was a very frightening thing.
Daniel is super strong haha.

anyways, Anis is on top again. I don't think anyone can touch him right now. Danny / Sesh / Prodigy started to catch up but then Anis leveled up haha.

Depends, i think someone could out-do Anis in a battle in front of trickers if they had a few creative/impressive/unexpected combos

that could be said about anyone though. What one thinks is impressive, another will say it's not.

Personally, from seeing danny's vids, he can do it. He could catch up to anis, and probably surpass him. The problem is, well as danny has said himself, his knee is fucked up. And I do believe that Sessh has also said that he's taking it a little easier now, though that could've been for the time being, cause it was a while ago (actually just after the txt gathering 07 vids). I don't know about Prodigy, but he seems to be steadily climbing, so who knows right? All these guys are extremely skilled + still have their youth to them. Only time will tell who will come out on top in the end...if there ever is an end.

Nick Vail! I haven't forgotten our battle. I just haven't really trained lately.

I'm thinking of buying a tarp, putting it in my backyard and pulling my moves on that.

Then I'd be a real backyard tr1x0r
